Dieting master plants with a Shipibo shaman in the Peruvian Amazon offers a profound journey into ancient healing wisdom that has been refined over thousands of years. Through the disciplined practice of plant dieta, which involves isolation, dietary restrictions, and deep communion with specific plant spirits, we will create a sacred container for transformation that goes far beyond what's possible in ordinary consciousness.
